How to Claim Warranty: If you believe your Black Luxe product has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact our customer service at ( mail address) Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Our team will assess the claim and guide you through the warranty process.
  5. Resolution: If the product is deemed eligible for warranty coverage, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. If the exact product is not available, we may provide a comparable item.
  6. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping the product to Black Luxe for warranty assessment. If the product is covered under warranty, Black Luxe will cover the return shipping costs.
