At Black Luxe, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Below are the guidelines for returning products purchased directly from our online store:
Request for Return:
Customers have a 7-day return window. To initiate a return, please write to us at customercare@blackluxe.in within 15 days from the date of receiving the product. Your request will be reviewed by our team within 24-36 business hours and approved if it adheres to the return terms. Shipping person will pickup it from your door.
Damaged Items during Transportation:
If your item is damaged during transportation, please notify us via email at customercare@blackluxe.in within 48 hours of delivery along with photo and video of damaged product. You must return the damaged product to our warehouse within a strict one-week period. Failure to do so releases Black Luxe from liability. Upon receipt of the damaged product, we will investigate and arrange for similar or same price product and deliver it. Customers are responsible for courier costs for returning damaged items. However, Black Luxe covers expenses post-repair or exchange.
Damage Due to Usage (Hardware Issues):
For hardware issues such as locks, studs, screws, buckles, and straps, repairs are possible within two weeks post-receipt from our warehouse. Damaged products for repair must be couriered back to our warehouse, with all costs borne by the customer. Black Luxe covers expenses post-repair.
Personalized/Customized Products:
Please note that personalized or customized products are non-returnable or exchangeable.
Return Conditions:
The product must be returned in its original packaging. Failure to do so may result in denial of refund if the product is damaged.
Exceptions:
No returns and exchanges for sample sale items.
Gift-wrapped orders: The Rs 100/- fee for gift wrapping will not be refunded for return/exchange orders.
For COD orders: A Rs 100/- convenience fee will be deducted from the refund.
Provide bank details via customercare@blackluxe.in for refund orders. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process.
